I'm unable to take large, or even medium-sized, capsules so I had to empty the contents into a juice everytime I took it. The taste I can do without, but the night after I took my first dosage I already noticed improvements in my knees! I generally wake up with aching knees that makes it a little bit tough to get out of bed, but the next morning the ache was noticeably lower than it was prior to taking this item. I'm about half a month into taking this and it still helps to relieve many of my aching joints.

I was useing knee braces to help me thru the day.
After useing Joint Relief for about 30 days, I am now walking and back to playing golf without the knee braces. I almost bounce out of bed in the morning instead of crawling out. I am very happy that I was made aware of this product.

Weighing 330 and working in the oilfield for 35 years has taken its toll on me.I have broken my back have an artificial knee, had my hand torn off and reattached and numerous other injuries. Arthritis is a killer. I could barely walk untill I tried JT Relief 2HD. I could tell the difference in 1 week. I have been taking it 3 times a day for 3 weeks. I'm not going to stop taking it.Also I have been seeing a pain management Doctor for about a year with no -0- results. Thanks I can walk. I'm not totaly pain free but now maybe I can get some exercise to lose weight.

I take one capsule three times a day after meals. The product really works for me. In April 2009 I was diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis, which was causing pain in both knees. I started taking 2HD on May 18th along with practicing physical therapy exercizes, and was able to continue bicycle traning. On July 11-12, I completed the Seattle to Portland, Oregon (STP) bike ride with no knee pain (and without other pain relievers). The ride is officially 202.25 miles and required 100s of miles of training. This product along with diet and physical therapy certainly helped me. I'm amazed at the results I expeienced, especially considering that I'll be 68 this month. Exercise will remain a wonderful part of my life!

I have had Rhumatoid Arthritis for 15 years. I dont trust doctors and although prescription medication will help, it can cause other health problems. Two months ago I started taking Joints 2HD, and within 6 days, I was able to walk without pain in my knees. I have arthritis in my feet, knees, hands and shoulders and a couple of days ago, I had another flare up in my shoulders. The pain would be much more painful if I werent taking your product. Your product is safe and without any side effects. I would recommend this product to anyone who is in pain due to arthritis. It does work!

This product gave me back my life!!!! For months I have beeen in extreme pain walking was almost in possible the pain overwhelming.. I would need help to get in from the car at night when I came home from work. I started taking 2HD in a couple of days the swelling was gone by over 70 percent and the pain was lessing. I have been taking the product for roughly a month and I don't need my pain medication and can work all night as a waitress again. My family has their Mom back. This product gave me back my life.
