1. What is the dosage?
If a cold or flu has already taken hold, the regular dosage is 2 capsules, 3 times a day. This will reduce all cold symptoms and speed recovery.
When taken as a preventative (i.e. when a cold or flu is "going around"; but hasn't hit you yet) we suggest 1 capsule, three times a day.
If you're starting to feel symptoms, take 3 capsules, 3 times for one or two days. This will often fight off the cold or flu before it has a chance to take hold.
2. Will it cure my cold or flu?
Sorry, but there is simply no outright cure for colds and flu. But Cold & Flu Essentials is highly effective at staving off these viral infections, fighting their symptoms should they take hold, and speeding your recovery time.
3. Are there any side effects?

I first started taking Cold and Flu Essentials when my boss came down with a very mild case of the Swine Flu earlier this year. I took the recommended dosage, and was able to avoid getting sick from her. I have zero time to get sick. And with all the fear about Swine flu and such. I don't want to get really sick either.
I bought cold and flu on a recommendation from a coworker. She told me it's works really well, is all natural and is cheaper then most other herbal supplements that do the same thing.
It got here just in time, I was feeling run down and I started taking it (the pills are a bit big) and the next day I felt better. I've been taking it for 10 days straight now, no cold.

I travel a lot and I pour some into a zip lock bag before each flight and tatke it routinely. It works really well at keeping me safe from catching the flu on the plane. I used to use Cold FX but this is 1/3 the price and very similar in make up.
