This product works great. My hair was so thin, my students would comment on being able to see my scalp. It made me very self-conscious. So I decided to use Nioxin, which I used for 7 years. I back ordering another six months! I started using this when I noticed I could see my scalp- a lot. I've always had fine hair, but it began to look so thin I felt very self concious. Today marks exactly three months that I have been using this product. In short, this product works. I found it on the internet on some random web banner. And I thought, "yeah right!" But after I read the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I figured that I already spent a lot of money on stuff that didn't work. Another [$] to test one month won't make a difference. After that, I invested in the three month supply.I was diagnosed with scarring alopecia on the front and crown of my head. I wore a hat literally every day. I was told that my hair wouldn't grow back. After 3 weeks I saw a small difference. After 5 weeks, I was sure it was working. After two months, about 60% percent of my missing hair had grown back, except one small spot on the top of my head the size of a dime. Now at the three month mark, I have 80% back. And that dime spot is starting to fill in. By the time the warm weather comes, I will be more than ready to stop wearing my hat permanently. The hair that is coming is thin right now. However, the bald spots are almost completely covered and the hair is slowly getting thicker.The only draw back is sometimes, when I take them I feel like they're stuck in my throat or chest. I have to make sure that I drink enough water to get them down. The price is not bad, especially since it works. Well, first let me start by saying that I am a skeptic when it comes to products that promise real results. However, I decided to try this as every product I have tried up to this point has done nothing to help grow my hair back.

I am a young male in my early thirties and started to notice a little thinning of my hair within the past 2 years. I have always had great hair up until recently, so I decided I needed to do everything I can to help save it. I have tried biotin supplements, shampoos, other hair loss topical solutions, yet nothing seemed to give me results. When I came across this product, I read probably over 100 reviews and decided to try it...needless to say, I am AMAZED at the results! I have definitely noticed hair growth in the thinning areas near the front of my scalp and the crown and I have only been taking this a month and a half, exactly as directed (3 pills a day--no more, no less). I don't know if it's b/c of these pills solely, or b/c I have completely changed up my diet to include lots of fresh vegetables, fruits and healthy items. I've only been using this product since December and I'm on my second bottle. I haven't seen any hair growth but after reading the rave reviews and successes others have had with the product, I don't want to give up just yet. I will admitt, it's a bit discouraging, my hair was always my crown glory and now I'm so thin in top you can see right through to my scalp. Not only is it embarassing, I've become very self conscious and I sit in front of clients all day and they look right at my hair..as if I can't see what they are looking at! I have not seen a difference or much new growth, but, I am only 3 weeks in. This is a great product! I was skeptical as I don't like to take supplements daily, more so I don't like to "buy into" testimotials, but I seen nothing but great reviews for the most part. I believe you need to try this for yourself and not look and read into the bad reviews as I find these reviews not to be accurate, as these users have little determination and or patience. I just finished my first bottle, where I was loosing probably 20-30 hairs a day after showering, or just general touching of the hair. Now when I shower I shed 2, yes TWO hairs at the most! I have long straight verry fine hair. I had some health issues and my hair started to fall out fast. I lost about 50% of the hair that I had. About a week into using hair essentials I noticed that the same ponytail holder that I use every day when I exersize didn't have to be wrapped around my hair four times. I only needed to wraped it three times. I have been taking hair essentials for a month now and only have to wrap the ponytail twice now. Which is how it used to be before I started loosing my hair. I take these pills everyday after breakfast and I've been using them for about 2 weeks now. I'm amazed at how quickly I've seen a change in the texture of my hair. I take so many hair products, one for anti-gray, one for hair thickening, one for enzyme supplementation, to include mineral supplementation, etc. However in the area of "Hair Growth", I'm slowly becoming a hairy ape. I've been using this product for only 19 days so still a bit early to say whether its effective or not. I like it because its easy to use (just take it with water rather than put stuffs on my hair everyday) and pretty gentle on my stomach. The only problem I've experienced so far is that the capsule is TOO BIG to swallow. I stopped taking three at a time after I choked very hard one morning. Still feel a bit uncomfortable even though just taking one at a time. Other than this, I'm happy with it and look forward to seeing the change after 3 months.

Hi....I started using the naturalwellbeing product last De. 30 and it is so amazing....for only 3 weeks of continous taking it everyday, my falling hair lessen 99%.....I used to count all my falling hair from 175 to 200 a day...but now...it went down to 15...12...yesterday it was only 10.....

I have been using the Hair Essential and Revivogen products for two months, but I still do not see any hair growth on my crown. The only improvement I can see is that the hair shedding is somehow reduced. I cannot say whether the Hair Essential works or not until I see new hair growth on my crown probably after the third bottle (I am not bald yet and I just have thin hair on my crown). I am still looking forward to the new hair growth on my crown where I loss most of my hairs.
In my research,there are many similar products in the market that help blocking DHT,but much cheaper. However only Hair Essential claims that it will regrow hairs with its ingredients, a great selling point with this product, true or untrue. I used this for 4 months and then took a 6-week break (using another product) and then took it another 3 months. I have not gotten the new growth and filling in of the thinning spots that I had hoped for. I do, however, have lots of new little growth on my hairline and shedding has slowed down to almost none. Seeing this and thicker strands at the roots still gives me hope. I will continue to use this for a couple more months in the hopes that my thinning areas fill in. I purchased my first three month supply and took three every evening right after dinner. It was during the last week of the 90 day period that I noticed a tiny patch of a few strands of hair growing in where it had thinned so much that it was a bald spot. I was encouraged to buy another three month supply. I must admit, I am disappointed that I have not gotten the results that so many here have reported but some progress is better than none at all. So, I decided to increase my dosage to 4 a day but have not noticed any dramatic differences. I really wanted this product to work, and really thought it might based on other reviews. But I've been using it for over a month now, and I've noticed NO difference. I'm in my mid 50's, fair complexion and gray hair, and within the last year, my hair has thinned probably 50% of its prior volume primarily on the top of my head where I can see through to the skin. I was anxious to try this product to see if I could regrow some of the hair. It MAY have slowed down the loss (no way to prove that one way or the other - that may have just been a seasonal thing), but I have NO new hair growth since using the product.
I will happily modify my review if I notice any difference after using the full 3 months of the product that I purchased.

I'm still waiting to see changes with the hair on my head, which is the issue I am concerned about. It's been about 1 1/2 month taking 3 capsules daily. It might be my imagination but I feel like my eyebrows are coming back in thicker with their original shape again. They had been thinning too, so I am happier with what is happening there if in fact it truly is not my imagination! My fingernails and toenails seem to be growing super fast. I've always had long, strong fingernails but it seems I'm cutting my toenails more frequently. My grey hairs are still coming in and the thinning at the temples has not changed, although I cannot claim that it is worsening. I have thinning hair at the crown of my head - typical 'female pattern baldness' I was told. My conclusion was that I had Alopecia Areata: patches of hair loss usually in perfectly round circles/ovals. I wanted to find a natural supplement that I could try because there really isn't a cure or fix for this problem. I found this Hair Essentials product to work for me within 6 weeks which is fast for a product like this. I've always had very nice thick straight blond hair but got sick many years ago with Epstein Barr, I have recovered fully but my hair did not. My hair was ok but nothing like it had been prior to my illness. I had tried many products with minimal effect if that. I feel that this product is effective, I could see results in less than a month. I had problems with my hair length decreasing, but most likely due a sudden increase in using flat irons on the run and washing less than usual. However, I don't usually have problems taking pills, esp. vitamins, but I found these to be too large and difficult to swallow and I often felt like they were stuck and had to use food to really push them down. Thus I had to stop the treatment. So hopefully it will one day be in the elixer form or maybe just smaller caplets. I don't mind taking more at a time if it will make it easier to swallow. I'm not sure if I would recommmend this product, but if I did, I would inform them of the pill size.

Unfortunately the formula was changed to add iodine. I have Graves Disease which promotes hair loss, however, I cannot have anything with iodine as it increases the negative symptoms of this disease. I absolutely love this product! I have battled minimal hair loss for the past five years and just this year I noticed tremendous hair loss. With my initial order, I had received the kind reminder that the treatment would show its effectiveness after a 3-month long use. I've always had really thick hair. Stylist would always comment how thick it was. Then I had to start taking different medications for a chronic migraine. In 1 year I've lost over half of my hair. I ordered the 3 month supply late last year and didn't follow instructions exactly. I ran out after about a month and a half. I didn't see any results, or I didn't notice anything. Ok, I'm a 24 year old male currently attending school in Oahu. I was a grunt in the Marine Corps for four years. I wasn't sure I could tell any difference at all the first 3 months of use, but I reordered and thought I'd give it another 3 months. I have been taking this product for a little over 3 months. I have alopecia universalis, which is the most severe type. All over body hair loss. I started to see tiny translucent hairs form after 3 weeks. However, those hairs are not maturing. I have about 10-15 translucent hairs that are getting longer than a quarter of an inch. I've started to notice some leg hairs growing. It takes a long time to reverse an autoimmune disease. I'm going to write another review after six months. I'm not sure if the regrowth is due to this product as I have also changed my eating habits to exclude gluten.
I'm not sure if it is working and that is why I didn't mark that I would recommend it to a friend yet.

This is my second month using this product,I `ve been suffering from an adrogenic alopecia for the past year and a change,so I have been using iron supplements among with the Hair Essentials,and truely that is how I developed the alopecia due to my low ferritin levels.Anyway,to share my thoughts on this,I have noticed some regrowth,it is not very much but I can see a very light colored fine hair,it`s just that they dont get any darker and they are too light to completely cover that bold spots,but they are there,maybe eventually they will change and could finally lead a normal life.I still will buy the third month supply and see what happens.Good luck everyone!

I've been searching for a treatment for my hair loss espcially after giving birth as i've been through a lot emotionally as a result of the hair loss post birth of my baby girl. I found this product online and read the reviews. I ordered it (for three months) and tried it. I admit that i can see good results as my hair stopped falling, especially during showers. I used to have a bunch of hair falling during every shower i take, however, after taking those pills, i can count the hairs that fall! i would say ten or less!

I am 30 years old and my hair has been falling since three years. Sometimes I get scared by the sight of how much hair I am losing. When I bought it I had my reserves because I know my hair and it is very difficult to actually make it grow faster or more than usual. I didn't see too much of a change the first month regarding growth but I did see improvement on the health, texture, and shine of my hair. The other thing I did notice since the very beginning is that I was not losing my hair to the fast rate I was. I still shed some hair but never like before. I imagine this will take a little longer to improve more. So, I got into the 2nd month and I could see a big difference. I went to my hairstylist and she noticed that my hair was longer and fuller. I had noticed this myself but it is always great when the person who actually work with your hair also notices this. So, I'm almost done with the second bottle and I plan on continue using it since these vitamins kind of also help in your overall health. I don't know, maybe it is only me but I'm not struggling with my weight as I used too, maybe a great side effect? weight loss too? That is definitely a plus! So far I like the product and I do believe it works. It took longer in my case but I was already aware of this since I know how my hair behaves. The advice I would give is patience, nothing works like magic but if you are constant then you can see changes.

Those were the words of the hair stylist at my last cut. Short little stubbies with tapered ends (meaning the were new, not broken!)mostly on the crown where I have been losing. I use to wear a lace wig, the girl who applied the wig for me shaved my hairline along the sides. I did not realize how bad it was until I removed the wig. So now on top of a thinning top, and colics, I had this problem along with very curly fine hair. I have been using the product a little over a month, and I have about an inch of growth in the shaved areas, I cannot tell yet how my scalp is doing because I wear extensions, but I use an organic sulfur oil blend for my scalp, and redo my extensions every 4 weeks, so I can give my scalp a great organic treatment. After using the product for 2 days, I experienced No more hair loss; about two and half weeks later I had new hair growth on the very thin areas of my head. I ordered the 3-month supply in hopes that it would stop thinning hair. Just now at the six-week mark, neither my hairdresser (whom I saw yesterday) nor I have noticed any difference. I wrote a review back in August, 2009 when I was about 6 weeks into the product. I was starting to see a little change at that point, and have continued taking it since. I am very happy with the results. Where my hair was thinning the worst I have 'spikes' of new hair. One additional benefit I didn't anticipate, I now have eyelashes! I didn't think about it until I realized I had something to actually put my mascara on. That was a bonus benefit for sure! Although I wish the product was a little less costly, it ends up being pretty close to what I was paying regulary for perms that were damaging my hair, so I will happily continue buying it.

I've been using Hair Essentials for hair growth for a little over 30 days now. The very first thing that became evident was my rapidly growing fingernails. I have to trim my nails every 3 days. I am confident that my hair, over time, will benefit greatly by the use of Hair Essentials. I've had thinning hair for 13 years now. I've tried every oral supplement on the market. Some work 'ok' for keeping what you've still got, but I've not found anything to re-grow hair. Since it's been such a short time using this product, I have not noticed a huge difference in my hair, YET. The texture of my hair seems to feel more coarse..which is a good thing for me, since I've had fine hair for so long. I have noticed tiny little hairs starting to grow from the front of my hair line. So, I am excited to see what 5 more months of taking Hair Essentials will do for me. I purchased the 6 month supply and feel that is the best way to go. Hair does not grow at a rapid pace, so you need to take that into consideration when deciding how many bottles to purchase.
At last I have hope! If Hair Essentials does for my hair what it's done for my nails, I am going to be a very happy lady indeed!

I have been using this product a little over a month and I am a big skeptic I have tried several products including injections and laser nothing worked. I have been dealing with hair loss for the past seven years. I use to wear braids and weaves, but it made the hair loss worse. I am completely bald on top and the front is so thin I can see my scalp. I now have to wear a wig. I must say since I started using the pills. my hair stop shedding and I see a few new hairs in the bald area, I sure more are to follow. This product is GREAT!. My doctor told me I had Alopecia Areata and she was going to give me a shot every six weeks to see if we could jump start hair growth. I have been using Hair Essentials for a little over one month and have seen new hair growth already. My hair was very thin on top and I had a deep receding widow's peak! I was afraid I might have to start wearing a wig! My widow's peak is filling in nicely and my hairdresser said that the pores on the top of my head were opening up and had little hairs growing out.
