I started my 8 year old daughter on this, and one other product to help her awareness at school, and this product has been absolutely amazing as far as helping her calm down and keep focused goes! It has helped not only her focus at school, but has helped raise her self esteem because she is no longer getting in trouble for being hyper, yet it hasn't taken away her ability to have fun!! This is an amazing product!!!
